Responsible for ensuring that effective reporting and documentation including dashboards and scorecards are produced on a routine cadence. Responsible for tracking and monitoring of all key program milestones, timing, open issues and providing feedback and key insights to management, stakeholders and sponsors. Provides expertise and input with regards to the development of reporting standards, project plan, schedule and key performance indicators. Works on assignments that are diverse in scope, moderately complex and requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Uses project management skills to manage project roles, identify resource requirements, assemble the project team, meet training needs, define project deliverables and related tasks, provide customer satisfaction, reporting structures and to ensure the quality of projects. Strong understanding of the latest and evolving customer requirements, internal project operation process and tools in order to drive project execution correctly. May be informal team leader and mentors/guides the work of other project team members.

Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions. Serves as the interface for customer and project team issues. Works closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is captured correctly. Coordinates new product launch / VAVE / BCP / 4M change project oversight and management to ensure schedule, quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved with closely working with project members including other regions. Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.
